Talent Hub Terms of Engagement

The Talent Hub Terms of Engagement sets out the terms of use for the Talent Hub. All Talent Hub participants must agree to these terms in order to gain access to the platform.

TALENT HUB TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Processing of Personal Information

Your continuous personal and professional development is crucial to your career growth and development, it is a requirement of your employment, and it is required by various professional and regulatory bodies.

Therefore, the Talent Hub (a product of the Moore Global Network Limited, under the custodianship of Moore Talent) fulfils a critical function in providing quality learning and development experiences for the benefit of its users.

In doing so, the Talent Hub collects, processes and stores the personal information which you provide where requested (on the Talent Hub itself, or on the Moore Global Intranet) and through using the platform, including your name, surname, email address, profile photo and employment-related information. The Talent Hub also keeps a record of all your learning activity participation on the platform.

This processing of personal information is necessary for several legitimate purposes, including, amongst others, for learning, reporting, monitoring, management and platform troubleshooting purposes.

In this regard, certain authorised persons at Firm and Global level will have access to your personal information on the Talent Hub and this information may, from time to time, be shared with third parties, pursuant to the legitimate purposes discussed above.

You can access your personal profile at any time on the Moore Global Intranet and you are required to ensure this is kept up to date and accurate.

The Talent Hub is hosted and maintained by approved, contracted third parties who have undertaken that they will process the personal information on this platform only to the extent it is strictly necessary to fulfil this purpose, and they (and their employees, where applicable) are contractually bound to treat the personal information on this platform as confidential and not to disclose it unless required by law.

Any queries relating to the processing of personal information on the Talent Hub (incl. GDPR compliance-related queries) can be directed to the Moore Global Data Protection Team (dataprotection@moore-global.com).

Access to the Moore Global Privacy Policy, under which scope the Talent Hub operates, can be found in the footer of all Talent Hub pages. Please refer to the Moore Global Privacy Policy (https://intranet.moore-global.com/privacy-policy) for full details, including the use of personal data, grounds for processing and rights and responsibilities.

 Ethical Learning Behaviour

The Talent Hub is proud to operate in alignment to, and compliance with, the ethical standards set by the Moore Global Network Limited.  The Talent Hub does not only align to, and support, these standards by providing a variety of learning initiatives on ethics topics – it also aims to create and maintain a supportive ethical learning environment.

Experiencing an ethical environment while learning, enhances the moral sensitivity and ethical behaviour of users, and helps them apply ethics practically in their personal lives, professional lives, and in the broader community and society as a whole. In addition, when the values and messages emphasised in ethics initiatives are consistent with those that prevail in the learning environment, they are more likely to be considered valid by the users. Therefore, an ethical learning environment is not only important as learning method in its own right, but is also crucial for the credibility and effectiveness of the learning provided by the Talent Hub as product of the Moore Global Network Limited.

A prerequisite for such an ethical learning environment, is ethical learning behaviour by its users.  Therefore, continued access to the Talent Hub is dependent on users agreeing to engage with the learning platform in an ethical manner.  This agreement is obtained site-wide as an overall agreement to the Talent Hub Terms of Engagement.  It is also obtained within each individual course on the site by way of a declaration of completion.

By accessing and completing online learning on this platform, users agree to uphold the highest standards of ethical learning and academic integrity. All assessments, quizzes, and learning activities must represent users’ own work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Users may not seek or accept unauthorised assistance from any person, group, or external source, nor may they use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, automated systems, or other third-party resources to generate, complete, or verify their learning activity completion, unless expressly authorised by the platform or an instructor (or equivalent).

Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of information, unauthorised sharing of content, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that the work you submit reflects your own understanding, knowledge, and effort.

Should convincing evidence be obtained that a user is not complying with the requirements of ethical learning behaviour, it will be considered in a serious light.  The user’s employer will be entitled to take any action they deem fit, including disciplinary action.  The Moore Global Network Limited also retains the right of admission to its courses – the Moore Talent Team, as custodians of the Talent Hub, will be entitled to invalidate learning records/results, suspend and/or restrict and/or permanently remove a user’s access to the Talent Hub (after consultation with the user and his/her employer), should unethical learning behaviour by a user pose a risk to the ethical learning environment which the Moore Global Network Limited aims to create and maintain.
